Interesting Information
Vanderpool is a Senior Fellow of the Center for International Peace and Justice.
He is interested in early historical sources and documents on Russian and Chinese history.
He co-authored an article for Pepperdine University’s journal Leaven, “The Christian as Revolutionary.”
Vanderpool has taken courses in Russian, Chinese, and East European history and culture, international economics, and management from the National Cryptologic School, Foreign Service Institute, and George Washington University.
He has given special presentations on Russian foreign policy and intelligence activities, the Communist International, China’s entry in the Korean War, and the role of intelligence during the Vietnam War. He has participated in campus and community forums on foreign policy and ethics.
