Step 1: Complete Registration Form


Complete the appropriate registration form above. Before doing so, inform the team leader of your decision. If your trip has an application/interview team formation process, please await team leader approval before registering.

Step 2: Make Personal Donation (non-refundable)

$100 trips without flights, $150 flights & trip cost under $2,000, $200 flights & trip cost $2,000 and above). Three payment options:

Online via Credit Card

Cash or Check: Bring to our offices on second floor of Ezell (231, 235, 237, 238). Checks payable to Lipscomb University and include your name, trip name on memo line.

If any of your information changes between the time you register and the time of your trip (or is left blank during registration), please complete the associated form below:
