Lipscomb’s Professional MBA (PMBA) weekend program and our traditional evening MBA are designed specifically to enhance the careers of working business professionals, managers and executives. We designed our MBA programs for professionals who are looking to enrich their management skills and prepare for career advancement opportunities.
 

BOLD.

Lipscomb University offers two outstanding tracks to complete your MBA degree. Our PMBA weekend program can be completed in less than a year. You attend classes on 18 weekends with two months off during the program. The PMBA track offers online course supplements to enhance classroom instruction and to help you maintain a balance in your life. Our PMBA track is the only program in this part of the United States to utilize the Polaris Peak Performance System which provides core competency development. Our students will work with an executive coach and receive 360 degree feedback to promote professional growth and development. Our program also offers you ways to improve your global perspective through participation in an international trip.

The evening MBA program offers 8 different concentrations to complement our strong business core classes. Concentrations include: Accounting, Conflict Management, General Management, Finance, Health Care Management, Leadership, Non-Profit Management and Sustainability. You attend classes once a week for 8-week modules. The program can be completed in 12-24 months and an optional international trip can truly enhance your global perspective.

INNOVATIVE.

With our PMBA program, you can begin any month a new class starts (10 months/year). Our curriculum consists of month-long module courses designed to allow you to focus on one course at a time. Our program incorporates a business project that augments the Professional MBA courses and can support a strategic need of your employer.

Lipscomb is the first MBA program in Tennessee to offer a Green MBA. Sustainability practices are impacting the way to live, work and produce as a society. Lipscomb is proud to be at the forefront of the green academic movement by offering rich concentration classes in which students will learn about Sustainable Natural Resources, Society and Enterprise.
