Patrick graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in May of 2011 with a B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems. Patrick began working for Lipscomb at the end of May in 2011. In December of 2012, he received a M.S. in Information Security at Lipscomb. His primary responsibilities include Windows computer support for faculty and staff, printer support, and management of student workers for the IT dept. |

Ritchie graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 2004 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He joined the Lipscomb Information Technology Department in October 2007. His primary responsibilities include supporting faculty and staff computers, as well as, printer support and the management of print quota software. |

Jennifer graduated from Harding University in May of 2002 with a B.A. in Computer Science and minors in English and Bible. Before moving to Nashville, she worked both as a programmer for the Advancement department at Harding and website manager for Truth for Today World Mission School (www.biblecourses.com). Jennifer began working in the Information Technology Department in February of 2004, and became Manager of Administrative Systems in July 2011. |

Marc graduated from Lipscomb University in 1992. He began working for Lipscomb University in 2003. As a Programmer/Analyst, he provided Banner technical support and fulfilled various reporting needs for the Admissions, Housing, and University Communication & Marketing departments. In 2007, he began working as a Computer Technician where he provides hardware and software support to all faculty and staff. |

Jessica graduated from Lipscomb University in 1999 with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. She began working as a programmer and Assistant Database Administrator in the Information Technology Department in January of 2000 and moved to User Services in January of 2003 and began working in Infrastructure in 2008. |

Tracy received a B.S. in Information Systems from Lipscomb University in 2007. She began working in the Information Technology Department in August of 2008 where she supports the Banner Student module. She also administers Banner Training and supports various third party software systems. |

Brenda came to Lipscomb in 1997, as director of Middle School Extended Day. She also joined the switchboard in 2002. She left the extended day program in 2007, to become one of the Receptionists at the switchboard in the Information Technology Department. |

Barry graduated from Lipscomb University in May of 1999. He holds a B.A. in Bible and a Minor in Psychology. Barry is responsible for maintaining (configuring, testing, and analysis) all the voice communication network. He is Apple, A+, and Network+ certified. |

Mr. Green became the university's chief information officer in May 2007, after serving as the chief operating officer for PROFORMANCE, Inc., a document-imaging provider to the banking industry. Before that, he served as a senior director of IT for Hewlett Packard (HP) overseeing the Americas Region Services IT organization. He also served as the IT director of internet systems, CRM systems, and corporate testing and release management for Corporate Services at HP. Prior to his work at HP, Green served as a consulting practice director for Andersen Consulting, Digital Equipment Corporation, and DSC Communications specializing in multimedia and broadband networking. He has worked in defense systems at the Oak Ridge National Labs and E-Systems, and was also a full time instructor of computer science (graduate and undergraduate) at The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. Green is still active in Program Management training and organizations such as IEEE and ACM. He also serves as an elder at the Hillsboro Church of Christ in Nashville and has previously served as an elder at Bammel Church of Christ in Houston, Texas. He has a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee and a B.S. in Mathematics from Mississippi State University.

Brad graduated from Lipscomb University in 2000 with a B. S. in Computer Science. He worked as a Systems Analyst with AIM Healthcare Services Inc. before joining Lipscomb full time in 2002. At Lipscomb he provides Apple computer support for Faculty and Staff offices. He also supports and maintains Lipscomb's Apple computer labs. |

Stephen graduated from Murray State University in Murray, KY with a B.S.B in Management in Human Resources. He joined the Lipscomb Information Technology Department in June 2008. He responsibilities include the maintenance and development of both the myLipscomb portal and Blackboard. He also manages the development of the IT Department Site. |

Cindy began working with the Information Technology Department in July 2008. Her duties include serving as an executive assistant to VP/CIO of Information Technology, as well as a liaison for three IT managers, other IT staff, and students who visit the Computer Center. She assists in the ordering of IT equipment, phones and payment of services for the entire university. She graduated from Nashville State Technical Community College, earning a Technical Communications Certification in May 2008, along with a Web Page Authoring Technical Certification in December 2006, both Summa Cum Laude. She currently pursues a Bachelor of Arts degree in the field of Education within Lipscomb’s Adult Education program. Cindy previously worked as Computer Lab teacher for East Cheatham Elementary School for 10 years. In addition to her responsibilities with Lipscomb, she is a Columnist for the Ashland City Times, with community, family and spiritual-based articles being published for the past 5 1/2 years. |

Michelle received a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics in June of 1984 from Lipscomb University and a M.S. in Computer Science in May of 1990 from Vanderbilt University. Michelle began working for the Information Technology Department in March of 1986. She is responsible for the integrity of the data in the administrative software. Michelle also teaches Information Systems Applications I, Information Systems Applications II, and Data Base Management courses for the Computing & Information Technology Department. |

Joe graduated from Lipscomb University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Minor in Computer Science June of 1984. Joe began working in the Information Technology Department in June of 1984. |

Dave came to Lipscomb as Director of Information Security and Infrastructure in 2008. He graduated from Lipscomb University with a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems in 1998. Dave obtained his CISSP certification in 2003. He came to Lipscomb from Volunteer Corporate Credit Union where he served as the Information Security Officer. |

Greg came to the Information Technology Department in July 2011. Greg graduated from Lipscomb in June 1973, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math. He has worked for Life and Casualty Ins. Co., Genesco, Middle Tennessee Health Systems Agency, GEIS (General Electric Information Services Co), EDS, SRS. All of his work has been programmer / systems analyst related. He works closely with the Development Office and supports the Banner Advancement module. |
