I have over 29 years of pastoral experience - in all that time this has proven to be the most practical teaching session on church conflict I have had. I have been helped tremendously.  Dr. Lowry presents the material laced with humor but at the same time is quite serious about dealing with the often times difficult subject of church conflict. I'm looking forward to the next round.  Theodore H. Bryson, Pastor - Mt. Nebo Babtist Church

Practical and excellent tools were given with a deep theological foundation.  I am better equipped to minister in a broken world where conflict exists.
Tommy Drinnen - Associate Minister
Arlington Church of Christ, Knoxville, TN

Weekend one was material that I have needed all my ministry life of sixty one years as preacher and elder. Every elder and preacher should make it a priority to attend Conflict Resolution sessions and apply the principles to conflicts of life.
Harold Scott, minister/elder  New York Avenue church of Christ, OAK RIDGE, TN.

This program can transform your understanding of conflict and change in the context of church  leadership.  Highly recommended.
