Education
Many healthy churches or faith-based institutions face challenges addressing transition in organizational direction, culture, beliefs, or other issues. Members of these institutions need to be educated and trained to adjust to these changes and the seeds of conflict that emanate from these changes. They need to learn how to respond to these challenges before they escalate into conflict that engages the entire community. ICM provides these educational resources to church leaders.
Online Continuing Education
Continuing education will be offered in an online format addressing specific issues confronting leadership in churches. Courses will be offered in three two-hour online segments including readings, online chat, and discussion boards.
Seminars
Congregations may choose to host or attend a seminar lead by ICM faculty or partners provided by the Institute addressing transitions and leadership challenges faced by congregations and faith-based organizations.
