High School iPad Initiative
In August 2013, Lipscomb Academy Middle School began its 1:1 iPad initiative to help its students communicate with people around the globe and to enhance their digital learning opportunities.
After initial success in the middle school, the 1:1 iPad initiative is being expanded to the high school. For the 2014-2015 school year, parents of 9th graders who do not already have an iPad or iPad mini are asked to obtain one by the start of school. Also, all 9th through 12th graders enrolled in World Geography will need an iPad or iPad mini, as the course material is only available on those devices.
We look forward to offering these enhancements to our students' learning environment. Please contact Jesse Savage firstname.lastname@example.org or Donna Brasher email@example.com with any questions.
