This is the official branding guide for the university web site. It contain policies regarding site structure and content. This manual is a working document and will be updated frequently. For up-to-date policies, refer to this link.

This file contains the Phase I and II template rotation. The office will follow the schedule as described when updating college and site templates. All dates are subject to change, at the discretion of the Office of Communication and Creative Services, at any time. Colleges will be informed if any deadline cannot be met.
This is a printable layout of the required pages and content that each college and department will be required to post and keep updated. All Pages/Content superceeds current content in the navigation. Optional content is at the discretion of the department, but if must appear in the navigation before additional "user specified" pages.
This is a printable schedule for our web site rotation. For each site a specific priority is given, ranking from 1 to 5. • Priority rankings indicate how much effort should be given to keep content up-to-date on each site. • Rotation is when we will be contacting your office for an overview of efforts on the web. We are looking for your latest updates, do they fit the standards for the site, if there are any problems that you may be encountering, and general administration relations.
