Worker’s Comp issues and referrals
Blood pressure, blood sugar, and weight checks
Lab testing with orders from personal provider (must bring in order and provider’s fax number)
--billed to your health insurance
Injection administration—allergy, hormone, or regular medication (check with clinic)
Immunizations—fee for each shot
*At this time, the nurse practitioner cannot see faculty and staff members.
