Education to Peru (Maymester '14) ~ course full
ED3343 Cultural Perspectives in Education with teaching practice at Colegio Maria Alvarado, service at a local mission and an excursion to Machu Picchu. Contact: Dr. Carrie Thornthwaite for more information.
Travel dates: May 4-17, 2014. Class meetings on campus beforehand.
Course cost: $3550 with 8 students (includes tuition and travel costs)

Bible in Israel (Maymester '14) ~ application and $100 application fee date extended to January 17, 2014.
Choose one of the following courses: Story of Israel or Biblical World. Contact Dr. Mike Williams or Dr. Terry Briley for more information.
Travel dates: May 9-22, 2014. Class meetings on campus the week before.

EU & You (Maymester '14) ~ hosted by Law, Justice & Society

London with the President and First Lady of Lipscomb (May 23-31, 2014)
For incoming freshman from Lipscomb Academy only. Apprentice application
and $100 application fee due to secure a spot ~ 30-student maximum. Cost will be approximately $1600. Contact Mike Winegeart for more information.

London (mid July - mid Aug, 2014) ~ application and $100 application fee due by January 17, 2014. Find the brochure here.
6-credit hours ~ Bible & English: Shakespeare & the Bible + Famous British Authors with Dr. John Parker
9
-credit hours ~ Theatre: Advanced Acting, Makeup for the Stage, Theatre Management with David Hardy and Hank McDaniel
Program cost: 6 hours tuition + $500 program fee or 9 hours tuition (14-student minimum)

Vienna (May 2015) 
Take 5 or 6 hours of Music and Backpacking.
Program cost will include tuition, housing and airfare. 

Cost notes:

  • Travel courses have discounted tuition, so your Lipscomb institutional scholarships or grants, including those related to campus employment, will not be applicable.           
  • Program costs can increase up to $500 if we experience significant fuel surcharges on airline tickets.
