Verification

If you have been selected for verification by the federal government you are required to provide additional information to the Financial Aid Office. Selection for verification is a random process and can be seen on your ISIR report. To determine if you have been selected by the Department of Education, you can review your SAR and the requirements will be listed on your myLipscomb financial aid award.  You will also be notified by the Financial Aid Office of the requirements. The following links represent the instructions and forms that are needed to complete the process. Failure to complete the verification process may result in suspension of all federal funds and leave your student account unpaid.

You can return the required forms to the Financial Aid office in person, by mail or by fax at 615-966-7640.
