Who do I call if I have a problem with my room (including air conditioning, electricity or plumbing)?
Each head resident has a facilities log. Simply enter your request in the log and he/she will notify Facilities. In the event of an emergency Facilities can be reached directly between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm by dialing 615-966-1820. If it is after 4:00 pm or a weekend an on call employee will be notified.
