CAP Application for Admission

The applicant must (1) Complete every item on this form, and (2) sign (electronically type) the application. A non-refundable $50 application fee is required for processing.

Admission decisions are made on a rolling basis and priority consideration will be given to students applying for the whole program. You will be notified of your admission decision within two weeks of receipt of your complete application packet (including all official transcripts).

Course(s) Students may take any number of courses, but must complete five (5) courses to get the Certificate in Accountancy. Please indicate the courses you plan to take. You will not be billed for the courses at this time.

Payment and Refund Policy CAP applicants are urged to understand the financial aid, payment, refund and cancellation policy before committing to this program. CAP students must make payment in full for all courses they wish to take. CAP students will receive a 100% refund (less a $250 non-refundable deposit) for all courses not yet begun if they drop prior to the beginning of the first course. CAP students who withdraw after the beginning of their first course, will receive a 50% refund for all courses not yet begun.
