Fundraiser Luncheon Will Raise Funds for Rocketown, Celebrate Political Freedoms Before Presidential Debate

FOX News’ “Hannity & Colmes” co-host Sean Hannity is headed to Nashville to speak at an October 7 luncheon fundraiser for Rocketown, the nonprofit youth entertainment venue and skatepark. ”Rally for Rocketown“ will take place at Lipscomb University’s Allen Arena, prior to the 2008 Town Hall Presidential Debate at Belmont University.

As the conservative counterpart of FOX News’ debate talk show "Hannity and Colmes," Hannity is known for his passionate commentary about politics and the
American agenda. Rally for Rocketown will feature a presentation by Sean Hannity and a conversation with the community through a question-and-answer time with guests. Table hosts and sponsors will be invited to meet Sean Hannity and have a photo during a private VIP reception prior to the luncheon.

“Rocketown is grateful that Sean Hannity has generously agreed to share his political insight during this unique election season,” said Audra Davis, director of development at Rocketown. “An election year offers us all the opportunity to remember our freedoms as Americans, a value that Rocketown emphasizes in our mission to create a safe, supportive environment where youth feel valued and can express themselves freely and creatively.”

Rally for Rocketown will also feature a musical performance by Grammy award-winning Christian artist and Rocketown founder, Michael W. Smith along with special guests.

Tickets for Rally for Rocketown will be available on www.ticketmaster.com or by contacting the Allen Arena Box Office at 615.966.7075. Sponsorship information is available by calling 615.843.4001 x 215 or emailing adavis@rocketown.org.
