Updating Family Information in RenWeb
Note:
RenWeb has recently updated their logon procedures. In addition to the information below, there are two guides from RenWeb:

RenWeb is our student data management program. Depending on your student's grade level, you can view various information about your child and their progress.
- Parents of all grades should be able to view student demographic information.
- Pre-K, Kindergarten, and Pre-First parents will not be able to view any grading information.
- First, Second, and Third grade parents are able to view report cards (when available) but not any grading information.
- Fourth through Twelfth grade parents should be able to view all grading information including progress reports, report cards (when available), and daily grades.
- There are times when some items are unavailable for viewing. For instance, viewing of schedules is usually turned off during the summer.
- You must have an email address in RenWeb. This is usually done as part of the admissions process.
- Click here to access Parents Web.
- Click on the "Create New ParentsWeb Account" link.
- Enter your email address and click the "Create Account" button.
- Your password information for Parents Web will be emailed to you (check your spam folder).
- You can use the links above for subsequent logons or bookmark the logon page in your browser. Please note that we don't recommend bookmarking any pages past the logon page.
- Click here to access Parents Web.
- Enter your username (usually your email address) and your password.
- Select either the Parent, Student, or Staff button.
- Click the Login button.
- Click here to access Parents Web.
- Click on the "Forgot Username/Password?" link.
- Enter your email address and click the "Reset Password" button.
Updating Family Information in RenWeb
Please note that when updating student information, each student must have a home phone number listed and the home phone number for each student in your family must be the same in order for multi-student tuition discounts to calculate properly. Please enter phone numbers in a 123-456-7890 format.
- Click here to access Parents Web.
- Once logged on to Parents Web, click the "Web Forms" link on the left (not Family Demographics).
- Click the "Family Demographic Form" link on the left.
- You should see a "Student Demographic Form" link for each student in your family. Select the link, update any information and click on the "Save" button at the bottom.
- Click the "Return to Main Form" button at the top to return to the list of all forms.
- Student medical information, custodial parent information, emergency contact information, and grandparent information can all be updated in the same way.
- Changes made in RenWeb are not immediate. They must go through an approval process before the changed information is viewable in RenWeb.
Please note:
- If your email address has not been entered into RenWeb, you will get an error message. Please use the contact information below and be sure to include your child's name and grade level.
- If RenWeb says that your password has been emailed but you do not receive it, please check your junk or spam email folder.
- Lipscomb's district code for RenWeb is DLCS-TN.
- Students in grades 7-12 will be able to use their school email address to get their password. That address is username@davidlipscomb.org. "Username" is what they use to log on to the school network. Your email address must be activated before logging on to RenWeb.
