Conference Registration

Regular Rate - $195 (Earlybird rate $165 through May 7)
Graduate Student Rate (MA, PhD) - $155 (Earlybird rate $125 through May 7)

Registration covers all regular meals, plenary addresses and sessions.

NOTE: Payments are not refundable after May 7.

Lodging

$45/room per night - Double Occupancy. A roommate may be requested.
$70/room per night - Single Occupancy. 

Campus lodging is available for Wednesday, June 5th through Saturday, June 8th. Your room will be supplied with sheets, towels, and a pillow. On May 7th prices will increase to $70 double and $95 single occupancy.

Dean's Conference (Wednesday) - $25

This portion of the Conference is intended for Church of Christ affiliated universities/colleges Academic Officers (provosts, CAOs, VPAAs, deans, associate deans, etc.).

Luncheon In Memoriam for Charles Siburt (Thursday) - $15

Regular lunches are available in another venue for those who choose not to attend.

Dinner and Tribute to John and Evelyn Willis (Thursday) - no additional costs

Thursday evening the CSC will honor John and Evelyn Willis with a five star dinner and tribute to launch the inaugural John T. Willis Plenary Lecture. Please join us for this joyful gala event. Costs are covered in the registration fee.

Business Deans’ Luncheon (Friday) - $15

This luncheon is hosted by Dr. Turney Stevens of Lipscomb University and includes interviews with Weston Smith & Ed Yarbrough.

 

Regular lunches are available in another venue for those who choose not to attend.

Tokens Show (Friday) - $17.50

Prices will increase to $17.50 on May 7th.

Book Displays and Exhibits Fee - $250  **Vendor spaces are full**

The conference welcomes book displays and exhibits appropriate to the mission of the Christian Scholars' Conference and its theme. The book display or exhibit fee is $250, in addition to the regular conference registration. Vendors must obtain approval from David Fleer at david.fleer@lipscomb.edu prior to registering for the conference.
