Testing Services

The major role of Testing Services is to supervise the administration of both psychological tests, (such as personality type indicators, vocational interest inventories, and marital and premarital assessments), and educational tests, (such as the MAT, CLEP , and the Residual ACT ). We also oversee the SAT,  ACT, and PRAXIS national testing programs on Saturdays. In addition to administering tests, we provide interpretation of test results for individuals and groups. Dave Morgan, MMFT, is the Director of Testing and is a marriage and family therapist. In addition to his testing duties, he is available to provide counseling for the Lipscomb community. Dave has a special interest in relationship, dating, premarital, and marital issues. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member and as academic advisor for first-year students who have not yet decided on a major.
