Designed specifically for Lipscomb Commuter Students
At Lipscomb we believe that you have God-given talents. By participating in the Strengths Mentoring program, you will develop those talents into strengths to help you be successful. The mentoring program connects you with an on-campus mentor to discuss YOU- your talents, your ambitions, your struggles, and your plans.
What it looks like to participate:
Students in the program will commit to taking the StrengthsQuest assessment and scheduling an initial meeting with their assigned mentor within the first couple weeks of school. Students and mentors will meet two additional times each fall and the spring semester. Overall, the mentoring program requires about 8 hours of your time this year.
Why it’s helpful to participate:
Having a mentor on campus helps you acclimate more quickly and successfully to a new community. You will learn more about yourself as well as Lipscomb.
