    Know and understand your interests, skills, values and personality type. We offer the three following
    assessments that can aid your self-evaluation process.

	Myers-Briggs Type Indicator This assessment helps you to understand your personality type and can help identify possible career choices. If you began your college career at Lipscomb you were given the test at Advance. Check with the Testing Center for your results.

	Strong Interest Inventory Assessment The most respected and widely used career planning instrument in the world, this assessment will allow you to explore the world of work. This assessment is done online. Contact the Counseling and Testing Center for the website and password information. After completing the online test you will need to make an appointment with someone in the Testing Center to interpret and understand your test results.

	StrengthsQuest Top achievers build their academic, personal lives, and career on their talents. The strengths-based approach allows you to discover and develip your talents to be all God created you to be.
