Class Description

  • Spinning - Pedaling to the beat in the dark, this non-judgemental environment allows you to torch calories & while testing your body.
  • Core - Thirty minutes is all you need to whittle your middle & increase strength in the abs, back & glutes.
  • Zumba - This class combines Latin & international rhythms with cardio to create an aerobic routine.  
  • Yoga - This class focuses on improving flexibility & balance.  Includes pose variations appropriate for all levels. 
  • PiYo Strength - A fusion of Pilates, Yoga and Plyometric moves, PiYo Strength will sculpt your abs, increase strength & balance. 
  • Hip-Hop - Hip-hop is a fun way to build aerobic capacity while listening to your favorite hip-hop jams.
  • Sculpt - Basic muscular conditioning using resistance, benches, dumbbells, and barbells. 
  • Dance Blast - The latest club moves with the best music grooves around, all broken down into a step-by-step format.  One song fully choreographed each class. You'll sweat before you know it!
  • Dance Fusion - This class takes standard hi/lo aerobics moves and gives them an upbeat urban and international flava.  It's easy, effective and totally exhilarating!  It isn't just a workout, but a bit of a dance lesson too.
  • Insanity - Build aerobic endurance while pushing yourself to the limit.  Challenge your body, see results.

  • Rate (Per Class):  
    • Student - Free
    • Employee, Member, Alumni - $5
    • Non-Member - $7
  • Rate (Packages)
    • 10 sessions - $50
    • Unlimited Semester - $99
  • Reservations
    • Classes are on a first come, first serve basis.  Number cards are given at the SAC desk 20 minutes before the start of class.
    • Group Fitness passes are only valid in the semester in which they are purchased.  They are non-refundable.
