Personal Training Crash Course
Our knowledge and experience. Your pace and your goals.
Through a structured orientation, a trainer will determine your fitness level and goals. One of our certified personal trainers will help you develop a personalized workout plan to help you achieve those goals. You and a partner will meet with your trainer for two 30-minute sessions per week for one month ($65 value for free!). Each month there is an opportunity for 16 individuals to experience this program. Offerings are listed below:

Please register below to be selected for the crash course. Selected participants will be contacted one week before the scheduled session. Training sessions must be fulfilled within a 4 week period.
