Boot Camp for Women
Jump-start your fitness program!
Start date: February 10th, 2014
It's a special Boot Camp designed just for women. Participants will schedule an introduction meeting with a trainer to set-up goals, learn abou the importance of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and to do a wellness consultation before beginning workouts.
- Sessions offered Monday - Friday
- 6-7 a.m. & 6 - 7 p.m
- Sessions will take place in Lipscomb's Student Activities Center (SAC)
- Access to showers and locker rooms are available
- Encouraged to attend five classes a week.
- 5 classes $100
- 10 classes $180
- 20 classes $320
- 30 classes $450
