Boot Camp for Women

Jump-start your fitness program!    

Start date: February 10th, 2014

It's a special Boot Camp designed just for women.  Participants will schedule an introduction meeting with a trainer to set-up goals, learn abou the importance of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and to do a wellness consultation before beginning workouts.  

  • Sessions offered Monday - Friday
    • 6-7 a.m. & 6 - 7 p.m
  • Sessions will take place in Lipscomb's Student Activities Center (SAC)
  • Access to showers and locker rooms are available
  • Encouraged to attend five classes a week.

Cost:

Workout room in the Student Activities Center

  • 5 classes $100
  • 10 classes $180
  • 20 classes $320
  • 30 classes $450
