$10 for students
$20 for employees

January 13th - Februrary 20th

Workouts offered Monday - Friday:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Fridays 7 - 7:45 a.m.
  • Monday - Friday 12 - 1 p.m.
  • Tuesday and Thursdays 4 - 5 p.m.

Trainer Bio's

ElizabethElizabeth Keevil

  • Born in Toronto, Canada
  • Lipscomb Women's Tennis Team 2008-2012
    • Named Captain in Junior and Senior Seasons
  • Bachelor's of Science Degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Biology
    • Seeking a Master's in Exercise and Nutrition.
    • Currently enrolled in Lipscomb's Nutrition Certificate Program, with hope to become a Registered Dietician.  
  • Enjoys biking and walking to places.  

Nick MNicholas Mortensen

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
    • USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USAW)
  • Bachelor's of Science Degree in Health Fitness in Preventive and Rehabilitative Programs.  Minor in Exercise and Nutrition.
    • Seeking Master's in Exercise and Nutrition
  • Enjoys athletics and competing in numerous fitness programs such as Urbanathlons and races.
