- Monday - Friday 12 - 1 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursdays 4 - 5 p.m.

- Named Captain in Junior and Senior Seasons
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Biology
- Seeking a Master's in Exercise and Nutrition.
- Currently enrolled in Lipscomb's Nutrition Certificate Program, with hope to become a Registered Dietician.
- Enjoys biking and walking to places.
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
- USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach (USAW)
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Health Fitness in Preventive and Rehabilitative Programs. Minor in Exercise and Nutrition.
- Seeking Master's in Exercise and Nutrition
