Emily is the Director of Campus Recreation at Lipscomb University who obtained her undergraduate degree in Health/Physical Education and master's degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science. She has a background in corporate wellness, personal training and group fitness. She incorporates a holistic approach to all recreation programming, which includes physical, mental, spiritual and emotional training. Emily’s passion is to educate and equip others with lifelong habits that will help better their health and ability to enjoy life to the fullest. Emily is a graduate of Lipscomb University and is a former Division I tennis player.

Matthew received his Bachelors of Science degree from Indiana University in Recreation Sports Management and is currently pursuing a Masters in Math Education. Matthew is originally from Columbus, Indiana but has lived in the state of Tennessee since August of 2009. Matthew enjoys playing music, participating in sports, and making others laugh in his free time.

Mike has worked at Lipscomb for 12 years as a RHD of High Rise. He has a passion for outdoor adventures and is known for his bike tours around Nashville. If you do not see Mike leading an outdoor trip you will find him helping out with intramural sports. Mike has his MBA from Lipscomb University.

Callie Shanks received her BA and BBA in French and International Business from Lipscomb University in May 2012. She is very outgoing and enjoys connecting students to campus recreational programming. Callie enjoys running outside and spending quality time with friends.

Nicholas is from Schaumburg, Illinois and received his bachelor of science from Central Michigan University. His degree is in Health Fitness in Preventive and Rehabilitative Programs, and he has two minors in Exercise Science and Nutrition. Nicholas will be pursing his Master's degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science
