It is a program designed to help you build relationships on
campus and develop healthy lifestyle habits. Participants earn points for participating in Intramurals, Wellness Programs, Outdoor Adventure, and working out at the SAC. The more you participate…the bigger chance you have of winning! The top five females and top five males with the most points at the end of a semester will win a Team Campus Recreation dry-fit gear!

Intramural Team– 5 pts.
Intramural Champion– 2pts.
Sign up for a FREE Unlimited Group Fitness Pass- 2 pts.
Monthly Fit Points Winner– 5 pts.
Cardio Blast Challenge- 5 pts.
Zumbathon- 2 pts.
Spinning Cinema- 2 pts.
