Biggest Loser Flyer

 

To qualify for the Biggest Loser you must be able to attend the following:

  • Kick-off session on Mon, January 14th from 4-5pm
  • At least 2 of the 3 group workouts on Mon., Wed., and Fri. each week
  • Tuesday Challenges (Time determined by your trainer)
  • Thursday Chapels
  • Saturday team workouts (time determined by your trainer)
  • Final Weigh In on Mon, February, 11th from 4-5pm
  • Party at Sky High Sports on Wed, February 13th from 8-10pm
