
To qualify for the Biggest Loser you must be able to attend the following:
- Kick-off session on Mon, January 14th from 4-5pm
- At least 2 of the 3 group workouts on Mon., Wed., and Fri. each week
- Tuesday Challenges (Time determined by your trainer)
- Thursday Chapels
- Saturday team workouts (time determined by your trainer)
- Final Weigh In on Mon, February, 11th from 4-5pm
- Party at Sky High Sports on Wed, February 13th from 8-10pm
