Through Wellness Consultations, we will determine your fitness level and goals. Then, one of our certified personal trainers will help you develop a personalized workout plan to help you achieve those goals. You and a partner will meet with your trainer for two 30-minute sessions per week for one month ($65 value for free!). Each month there is an opportunity for 16 students to experience this program. Offerings are listed below:

June 3rd - 28th
July 8th - August 2nd
