Campus Recreation and the Nutrition Department have collaborated to offer you Nutrition 101. In order to maximize your wellness goals you must remember that exercise and healthy eating are EQUALLY important. A nutrition consultation is a personally tailored nutrition session with a dietetic intern who will educate you on three nutritional topics of your choice. First time participants must complete Nutrition Basics as one of their three topic choices. Second time participants can pick any three topics they wish to learn about. Each session will last one hour. Session cost is FREE for students and $20 per non-student. Nutrition sessions are offered in the Spring of 2013 during the weeks of February 4th & 18th, March 11th, and April 8th & 15th.
