CLASSES
Spinning®- With music that begs your legs to pedal in a dark, nonjudgmental environment, you’ll torch over 700 calories in a 50 minute ride. Challenge your body, engage your mind, and see results.
Scenic Spinning®- Tour the Rockies to the luxury of the pacific highway with a team of riders determined to get to their destination on time.
Spinning® 101- The beginner Spinner can get accustomed to the bike and build a cardio base in the Endurance Energy Zone.
Turbo Kick™- It's boxing, kicking, Capoeira and bootcamp mixed with a hip hop urban flair set to the hottest music and slammin' sound effects. It's a booty kicking workout that just feels like you are at a great party!
ABS- 30-minute class designed to whittle your middle and increase strength and definition in the abs, back, and glutes.
Zumba- Combines Latin and International rhythms with cardio to create an aerobic routine.
Sculpt- Total Body workout with light weights, infused with cardiovascular fitness set to music.
Hip Hop- A combination of easy to learn hip-hop dance moves perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music.
Yoga- Practice basic yoga postures and relaxation techniques to improve flexibility, balance and increase strength.
INFORMATION
- Classes are on a first come first serve basis. Number cards will be given at the SAC desk 20 minutes before the class starts.
- Please bring a water bottle and towel to class.
- Group Fitness passes are only valid in the semester they are purchased.
- Group Fitness passes are non-refundable.
- Cash and check only accepted at the SAC desk.
