Resistance Training Level 1
This is our traditional orientation in which a staff member will guide you through how to properly use 11 selectorized weight training equipment. This is perfect for beginners who are new to resistance training. Successful completion of this level comes with a 4 week workout program.
Resistance Training Level 2
Ever wonder how to use the Movestrong functional training equipment? This option will show you the basics and the more challenging exercises that can be performed with the equipment in the Performance Studio. A great way to learn how to creatively challenge yourself. All fitness levels are welcome.
Are you stuck doing the same cardio routine every time you workout? There are many different cardio machines that you can use at the SAC that everyone should learn how to use. This includes the treadmill, elliptical, bike, tread climber, Spinner, rower, stairs and more. You will also learn different ways to execute each cardio workout.
