Campus Rec personal trainers or weight room supervisors will educate you on proper use of the most popular strength, cardio and flexibility equipment that the SAC has to offer to ensure that you are comfortable getting started on your workout routine. Personal trainers or weight room supervisors will also go over fitness floor etiquette to ensure that the fitness area is a friendly and neat environment for all.
How to Register
Fitness Equipment Orientations are free for all students during the hours of 3pm-8pm Monday through Friday. For a small fee of $10 any student can request a session during other hours. Online registration is required. To register for a Fitness Equipment Orientation, please submit the registration form below and a personal trainer or weight room supervisor will contact you to teach you how to use the equipment.
