Fanning Hall, is located near two academic buildings and is a suite-style dormitory.  Each suite consists of four rooms, a living room, and a bathroom (two sinks, two showers, two toilets).  This residence hall can hold up to 298 females with up to eight residents per suite.

Vending machines are located on the first floor and the laundry room on the third. Many of the residents enjoy hanging out in the lobby where they can watch t.v., use the computer lab, or just talk with friends.  Residents may also study or participate in recreational activities outside in the courtyard.

Fanning's Resident Hall Director is Laurie Sain,
who is assisted by 8 Residents' Assistants.  These individuals are employed to assist the residents and to provide opportunities for growth.  Fanning RAs organize activities for the residents such as open dorms, hall devotionals, service opportunities, education programs, and formals.  Any student need or question can be directed toward one of these student leaders.
