Payment Options

Monthly Payments

You can sign up with Tuition Management Systems to pay your tuition in monthly installments (usually June-March). Enroll online at www.afford.com/lipscomb or call TMS directly at 1-800-722-4867. To enroll, you will need the student’s social security number and the net charges for the year. Please remember that your budgeted amount is an estimate. Any remaining balance due is the responsibility of the student.

Pay in Full

Pay by check card, debit card, or credit card using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express online at my.lipscomb.edu. A fee is charged for using MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You may also pay online using your checking account or savings account (a small fee will be charged for this). You can also pay over the phone using a Visa, send a check in the mail, or bring a check to the cashier window during office hours. Billing Statement Information

Please note that your statement may not include all of the credits outlined in your award letter. Most Stafford Loans will be received through EFT (electronic transfer of funds). Other grants and third-party payments are credited when received. Third-party invoices will be billed beginning after the last day to drop classes. If your award letter outlines scholarships that have not appeared on your statement, please contact the Student Financial Assistance Office at 615-966-1791.

If your scholarships and/or financial aid equal or exceed your charges for the semester, you will have been considered to have fully paid your account. You must complete Step 4 (see Four Steps of Registration to the left). Please review your online statement. If you have questions about your Financial Aid, you may contact Student Financial Assistance at 615-966-1791. For questions regarding room and board, you may contact the Housing Office at 615.966.1000, ext. 6062.

Note: Parent PLUS Loans and Student Stafford Loan applications should have been received by May 1st each year, in the Office of Student Financial Assistance in order to be considered in any of the above payment plans.
