Student Health Insurance

Lipscomb University offers Student Health Insurance through two outside companies.

The Sentry Student Security plan is the less expensive plan and offers minimal coverage for the student. Go to www.ejsmith.com and click on Health Plans, select Tennessee, and the year your student will be attending Lipscomb.

Student health insurance is not required, and most students are covered on their parent's policy. However, it is available should you need it.

Tuition Reimbursement Insurance

 Lipscomb University also offers Tuition Reimbursement Insurance through Dewar, Inc. Tuition reimbursement is not required, but strongly suggested.

With the current level of education costs, we have had a concern for the student who suffers a serious illness or accident and has to leave Lipscomb University before the semester is completed.  In many instances it means not only the loss of time invested in studies, but also the loss of the semester's costs.
