Reviewed and scored applications for specialized accreditation using the Baldrige Criteria. Participated in national and international site visits to verify accreditation application. Coordinated team review requirements and prepared final feedback for applicant. Mentored schools going through accreditation or reaffirmation self-studies
2012 – Conducted a Baldrige Performance Excellence Program workshop for Tennessee State University administrators, faculty and staff, Nashville, TN.
2012 – Enrolled in the Sloan Consortium Online Certification course. Have previously taught over 100 online courses on a contract basis.
