Professional Areas of Interest: Molecular Biology and Microbiology. Current research includes: Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Growth Factor (BDNF) expression in certain cancer cell lines and other non-cancerous cell types; Gene expression in Streptococcus agalactiae (Group B) in relationship to its pathogenesis.
