K-12: Revitalized! Common Core Professional Development

The Ayers Institute for Teacher Learning and Innovation and the Metro Nashville Arts Commission invite you to Revitalized! Common Core Instructional Strategies as Experienced through Lessons in Nashville's Edmondson Park.  This professional development session will be held at Lipscomb University on Tuesday, June 3, 2014.  For the past year, a team of ten local middle and high school teachers from all content areas have worked together to create interdisciplinary units centered on the park revitalization project and the public art installations.  Join us for a day of collaboration around successful Common Core instructional strategies and learn from the Metro Arts Teacher Cadre about how to implement them in your classroom.
