List Requests
So you want to contact a group of Lipscomb University alumni or friends? The Advancement Services Office is the place to get that information, and we have some handy forms below to guide you through how to tell us what you want.
First, though, let's talk about what we can give you.
For most constituents, we can provide sufficient information for you to communicate by mail, phone, or e-mail. (Beware e-mail: there are special considerations if you wish to communicate with a large group by that medium.) If you just need data, we can fulfull most requests - just tell us what you need to know or analyze and we will share what we have to help you achieve your goals.
If you plan to solicit donations for a particular activity, department or special campaign, ALL solicitation requests must be approved by the Office of Annual Giving prior to obtaining a mailing list.
PLEASE NOTE: Lists are only good for a one-time use. After you complete your communication/solicitation project, please discard the list. Our data change daily as people move, change jobs, add email addresses and change phone numbers. Some people request to be removed from our communication lists, and we modify their record to exclude them from future communications as they direct. A list will be out-of-date within 2-3 weeks. Keeping the list, making your own changes and neglecting to inform Advancement Services about the updates negatively affects the entire organization. So please discard the list after its use.
If you order a list and then for some reason you don't use it when you expected, ask us to re-run it when you're ready. We don't mind.

These forms are restricted to use by University and Campus School personnel. Requests by non-Lipscomb-associated personnel will not be fulfilled.
