Connecting to Mail on Mobile Devices

If you have problems:

• Go to http://passwordreset.lipscomb.edu and reset your password so that it syncs with gmail (you have to have your Lipscomb ID number for this).
• Make sure that your password is at least 8 characters long, it won't sync if it's shorter than that.
• If you still have problems, see Mr. Sanders.
