Mission Trip Registration Checklist
Please complete steps in the order below
Complete the registration form at the link above. Before doing so, inform the team leader of your decision. If your trip has an application/ interview team formation process, please await team leader approval before registering.
2. Pay Deposit (non-refundable)
Pay within 7 days of completing registration form ($150 for trips with flights, $100 for trips with ground transportation only).
- Cash or Check: Submit your cash or check deposit to Julie Woodroof in Ezell 220. Make check payable to Lipscomb University and include your name, trip name on memo line.
3. Waiver (University Release Form)
Complete a waiver (University Release Form) within 14 days of registration form; it must be signed and notarized. Waivers can be picked up in the Missions Center, Ezell 238. Julie Woodroof will be available in the Missions Center every Wednesday from 12-2pm to notarize waivers. Outside of those hours, please visit other notaries. Two on-campus options: post office (student center) or Registrar's office (Crisman).
